All orders will be shipped in 48 hours max.

Please note that handpainted kendamas may be delayed up to 7 days (Only if the product is out of stock).

Kendama Israel accepts returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date an order was received, on new and unplayed products.
The Kendama must not be played and in original packaging. To return a product, contact customer support by emailing sales@kendamas.co.il. 

We are happy to replace any products that arrive damaged or defective, but we do not cover damage from play.

If you received the wrong item or some items are missing, please contact Customer Service.

Please note that we can’t receive back a product with custom laser engraving. if you’re still willing to return the kendama, we will charge 50% of the value of the kendama (and not the value of the package). also, in that case, we will not cover the shipping costs for both sides.
