If your kendama arrived but you wasn’t home, usually the shipping company try to deliver it again, so try to contact your local post office with the tracking number.
If you didn’t picked the package and it already sent back to us, contact us by mail to arrange the shipping again. Please note – in that case, we will have to charge 10$ for to cover the shipping costs.
Please check our last email, you’ll find there the tracking number of your package.
You can track your package in any tracking service platform like 17Track.com.
If your tracking number shows the shipping company tried to deliver the package with no success, please contact your local post office directly.
If your tracking number shows ‘Custom delay’, it may be delayed because of an issue with the package, like tax charges or just a normal check of your package by the customs.
In order to release your package faster, we strongly advise contacting the customs in your country and request for the package with your tracking number. we’re here to help but we’re not responsible for a customs delay.
